48-Hour Cancellation & Refund Policy

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the course.

• Cancellations received 48 hours or more before the class will receive a 100% refund or may choose to transfer the registration to a future class (subject to availability).
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
• If South Georgia Firearms Training cancels or reschedules a course, participants will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to a future course.
• Requests for cancellations or transfers must be submitted by phone or email before the 48-hour deadline.

We appreciate your understanding, as class sizes are limited and advance preparation is required for each student.

You must provide your own firearm unless you are at the Jesup location which has pistols to rent at your cost with ammunition. 

Payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your seat in the class. Our courses have limited enrollment to provide quality instruction and individual attention. Prepayment helps us plan for instructors, training materials, range reservations, and other course expenses while ensuring that reserved seats are committed to students who intend to attend.
